  2.     Eudora and Eudora Pro Interface
  3.  
  4. This menu provides a simple interface to Eudora, providing the following 
  5. capabilities: 
  6.  
  7.     • creation and queuing of mail messages
  8.     • opening of Eudora mail "mailboxes".
  9.     • moving messages between mailboxes, including to Trash
  10.     • intelligent replies, including quoting of original message
  11.     • telling Eudora to send queued messages and check for new messages
  12.     • automatic notification and summary of incoming messages

  15. Installation:

  17. Install the Eudora interface by selecting it from the 
  18. "Config:Global:Menus…" item. De-install in the same way.

  21. Eudora Menu:
  22.     Eudora                        - launch Eudora into foreground
  23.     Background Eudora (option)    - launch Eudora into background
  24.     Help                        - display this file
  25.     
  26.     New Message                    - create a new message. Use tabs to move
  27.                                   between fields.
  28.     Cc                            - create a 'cc:' line.
  29.     Bcc                            - create a 'bcc:' line.
  30.     
  31.     Send                        - queue message w/ Eudora. Eudora can be set up 
  32.                                   to check for mail at specific intervals, say
  33.                                   every 15 minutes. This item queues the current
  34.                                   message. It will be sent the next time Eudora 
  35.                                   checks for messages.
  36.     Reply                        - create a reply to the message currently 
  37.                                   being read. The original message is quoted.
  38.                                   Use tabs to move between fields.

  40.     Update Mailbox Lists        - Update the 'Open Mailbox' and 'Transfer'
  41.                                   lists w/ all mailboxes known to Eudora.
  42.     Open Mailbox                - prompt for mailbox to open via the status
  43.                                   window, use tab for name completion

  45.         ...                        - Open a mail browser for chosen mailbox.

  47.     Move To Trash                - Move current message to Trash mailbox.
  48.     Move To Mailbox                - Prompt for mailbox to transfer current 
  49.                                   message to via the status window, tab

  55.     Tell Eudora                
  56.         Flush Outbox            - tell Eudora to flush 'out' mailbox immediately.
  57.         Check For Mail            - tell Eudora to check for mail immediately.

  59.         Start Notifying            - tell Eudora to tell Alpha about any incoming 
  60.                                   messages, launching Alpha if necessary. 
  61.                                   Incoming messages are displayed in a mail 
  62.                                   browser (see below).
  63.         Stop Notifying            - tell Eudora to stop notifying Alpha about
  64.                                   incoming messages.

  66.         Trash Name…                - Allows the name of the trash folder to be 
  67.                                   changed for international users.

  69.     Mail Flags
  70.         Flush On Check            - When asking Eudora to check for mail, tell it 
  71.                                   to flush any queued messages at the same time.
  72.         Alert on Incoming        - Put up a mail browser when Eudora notifies 
  73.                                   Alpha of incoming messages.

  76. Mail Browsers

  78. Summaries of mailboxes and incoming messages are displayed in "mail 
  79. browsers", a read-only window that displays the originator and subject of 
  80. each messages.

  82. Move down the list by using the down arrow, ctl-n, or 
  83. <space>. Move up the list by using the up arrow, ctl-p, or <delete>.

  85. View the entire message by hitting <return> or <enter>.

  87. While viewing messages, <space> scrolls down the message, closing the 
  88. window when the end is reached. <delete> scrolls up the message.

  94.     • "New Message"  (shift-F1)
  95.     • tab (to subject line), type subject
  96.     • tab (to body), type body
  97.     • "Send" (shift-F2)

  99. To reply to a message (assuming a message is open):
